A. All first-class mail will be forwarded to the students’ home address unless a forwarding address is provided.

Q. The vending machine just took my money. How do I get my money back?

Q. I no longer live on campus but I had a package sent there, do you know where I could pick it up?
A. We do not hold packages or mail for nonresidential students. If mail is received for a nonresidential student, it will be marked “Returned to Sender.” For packages, contact the delivery provider (UPS, Dell, etc) as they should be able to help track the item. Please remember to change your mailing address with the U.S. Postal Service to prevent any mail delays.
Q. I am a new freshman. Can I bring my car to the campus?
